Moncef Slaoui, the former head of Operation Warp Speed, was fired from a biotech company after sexual misconduct allegations.
GlaxoSmithKline, the pharmaceutical company, said on Wednesday that it had fired Dr. Slaoui from his position as chairman of Galvani Bioelectronics.
