Canada Nixes Plan to Bring Extra Michigan Vaccines to Border Tunnel

Since the Canadian government won’t allow surplus U.S. vaccines into the country, one mayor proposed an ambitious plan to vaccinate residents inside a tunnel under the Detroit River.
