Greta Thunberg, Activists Petition U.N. to Declare State of Emergency on Climate Change

Young climate activists on Wednesday called on the U.N. to declare a “Level 3” emergency, as it did for Covid-19, allowing the institution to deploy resources to vulnerable countries.
