Russia restarts gas shipments through key pipeline to Germany.
Gazprom is scheduled to send natural gas west on Nord Stream 1 on Thursday after 10 days of maintenance. The suspense is another reminder of the reliance of Germany, and much of Europe, on Russian energy.
