Russia Uses Security Council Meeting to Twist Charges of Child Abduction
Russia accused the West of the same charge the International Criminal Court has leveled at the Moscow: abducting Ukrainian children. Fifty countries issued a joint statement saying Russia was spreading falsehoods.
