Nicola Sturgeon, Scotland’s Former Leader, Is Arrested in Financial Inquiry

The arrest of Ms. Sturgeon, who resigned as leader of the Scottish National Party in February, follows that of her husband, previously the party’s chief executive, and of its former treasurer.
