Violent Protests in Kyrgyzstan Over Results of Election Marred by Vote Buying

Protesters clashed with the police in the capital, Bishkek, on Monday during a demonstration against the results of a parliamentary election. The acting prosecutor general later suggested the election result would be annulled.
