Gaza Aid Effort: U.S. Conducts 2nd Airdrop but Will Not Use Troops on the Ground

U.S. Air Force cargo planes dropped 36,800 ready-to-eat meals, in a joint operation with the Jordanian Air Force, but a Pentagon spokesman said were no plans to put U.S. forces on the ground.
